Love is the highest truth. It’s the gateway to truth.
And the search for the truth begins with love — and only love.

See, the magnificence and pure love, and the bliss that it emanates — that exists within each and every one of us — is the core essence of our God-self. You see, God is love, and love is God.

Here’s the thing — as we all know, love understood in human terms is filled with attachment, with the mine and thine factor, with the giving and receiving. That is not the love we are speaking about here. That is human love — filled with human emotions, the human sentiments — which are temporary... the real essence of love.

I can say, the closest one can come to godly love in humans is possibly the love a mother feels as she holds her baby for the first time — the rush of unconditional love enveloping her... and also the ongoing love and sacrifice of a mother for her child. That is why they say that a mother is closest to God, because her love is unselfish and always sacrificing.

But to see this love even in our mother… we first have to see this love and light within ourselves.
Only then can we see it in another.
Only then can we connect the two wires to get the electricity of higher consciousness to light up.

Basically, we really first have to go within ourselves and find the love within ourselves... but that’s another topic.
